Our first Kenya in years has finally hit the menu and it was too good for us to pass on. When we first cupped this coffee amongst a handful of other Kenyan coffees, it was unlike anything we've tasted in a long time. A profile that made us keep coming back to the cupping bowl, unsure of how to wrap our minds around. It's a Kenya with fruit, berries, and plenty of tropical vibes to kick off your summer.
Processing:
First stage of fermentation is 24hrs. Coffee is then washed and undergo another 12-24 fermentation in tanks. Again, coffee is washed of all mucilage and then gets placed into tanks filled with water for another 24hrs before it is dried.
