NO LABEL - DIAL IN BATCH

Whenever we get new coffees to roast and dial in, we usually end up with a batch or two that tastes great but isn't quite ready for release, doesn't have labels printed, and could use a few more micro adjustments to really drive the coffee to the finish line.
Instead of throwing it away, we decided we'd offer these roasts at a huge discount all while offering a great coffee to those who would still enjoy it.

About the coffee:
This is a pink bourbon coffee produced by Sebastian Ramirez from Colombia, Quindio. It's a washed process with a very interesting flavor profile. This coffee reminds us of cherry blossom, vanilla, stone fruit.
