NO LABEL - DIAL IN BATCH

Whenever we get new coffees to roast and dial in, we usually end up with a batch or two that tastes great but isn't quite ready for release, doesn't have labels printed, and could use a few more micro adjustments to really drive the coffee to the finish line.
Instead of throwing it away, we decided we'd offer these roasts at a huge discount all while offering a great coffee to those who would still enjoy it.

About the coffee:
This new coffee is a varietal and processing method we have never had on the menu. It's a thermal shock processed yellow typica done by Wilton Benitez from Colombia, Cauca. For those who are familiar with the producer and process know this is a wild one!
