NO LABEL - DIAL IN BATCH

Whenever we get a new coffee to roast and dial in, we usually end up with a batch or two that tastes great but isn't quite ready for release, and could use a few more micro adjustments to really drive the coffee to the finish line.
Instead of throwing it away, we decided we'd offer these roasts at a huge discount all while offering a great coffee to those who would still enjoy it.

About the coffee:
The newest Dial In Batch is a coffee from Liliana Ramirez. This Dial In Batch in particular went a few points lighter than we'd like. Those who enjoy much lighter coffees will like this roast. We're getting jammy fruit, slightly boozy, and tropical.
