NO LABEL - DIAL IN BATCH

Whenever we get a new coffee to roast and dial in, we usually end up with a batch or two that tastes great but isn't quite ready for release, and could use a few more micro adjustments to really drive the coffee to the finish line.
Instead of throwing it away, we decided we'd offer these roasts at a huge discount all while offering a great coffee to those who would still enjoy it.

About the coffee:
The newest Dial In Batch is our new Kenya, Nyeri. This is a very, very unusual coffee with a unique flavor profile. It might end up being one of the most memorable coffees on our menu this year.
