NO LABEL - DIAL IN BATCH

Whenever we get a new coffee to roast and dial in, we usually end up with a batch or two that tastes great but isn't quite ready for release, and could use a few more micro adjustments to really drive the coffee to the finish line.
Instead of throwing it away, we decided we'd offer these roasts at a huge discount all while offering a great coffee to those who would still enjoy it.

About the coffee:
We have a new Dial In Batch coffee available. This is one is produced by Jorge Rojas, a returning coffee producer. It's a washed processed chiroso that is more fruit forward, hints of berries, and some tropicality. This is a roast from 7/29. For those who don't have the patience to wait and rest coffees, this will be a perfect snag!
