NO LABEL - DIAL IN BATCH

Whenever we get a new coffee to roast, we oftentimes end up with a batch that tastes great but isn't ready for release, and could use a few more micro adjustments to really drive the coffee to the finish line.
Dial In Batch coffees are discounted due to shipping without a label and not being our final profile.

About the coffee:
More Ethiopian coffee is landing at our roastery and we're thrilled. This is a washed Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe - Habtamu Danche. It's a beautiful coffee and one of the best Ethiopians we've tasted this year. This Dial in Batch went a few points darker than we'd like. This coffee has tons of florals, peach, and apricot.
