Tuke Yute lives in Keramo Shanta, where he both processes coffee from growers as well as his own 10 hectare farm. This coffee from Tuke Yute is a natural process coffee that is extremely clean, low on the funk, has great clarity, and is delicate. It caught us off guard when we first cupped it and have really enjoyed brewing this on filter. It's reminding us of different berries, peach, and florals.
