This Ethiopian washed processed coffee is produced by Ture Waji. His washing station is located in Bookkisa, Guji. This coffee is a very clean washed coffee, and it's crisp flavor profile is what turned our heads on the cupping table. It's got subtle berry undertones with a lot of florals, teas, and citrus. The brightness of this coffee is what makes this stand out among many Ethiopians.
