It's Mark, co-owner of Mirror. I just got married on August 29th, and I've always dreamed of creating a unique coffee experience at my wedding so when planning season came around this summer, I started thinking. I reached out to our friend in Colombia, Nikolai who always has has hands on stunning coffees and we got to cupping. Next thing you know, we're roasting a geisha from Jorge Rojas that was later pulled on espresso for all the wedding guests.
What to expect out of this coffee? It's a very clean geisha that that reminds us of apple jolly rancher, hibiscus, cranberry, and red wine. The flavor profile took us by surprise, and we can't stop drinking it. We are thrilled to share such a special coffee with you!
