The Young Producers Lot reflects a big part of why we got into this to begin with. This lot is about impacting and investing into people. The Recruitment Lot Program is about recruiting young producers from different regions that are passionate about coffee and want build a successful business around it, and then help them do just that.
This community lot comes from the work of these young producers rallying together, learning, and producing a really solid coffee.
When we first production roasted this coffee, it took us by surprise. It had more layers than expected when we were sample roasting it. It's sweet, big, clean, and reminds us of chocolate, stone fruit, and has green apple cutting through. This is going to be incredible in a cappuccino, on drip, and whenever you want familiarity and intrigue.
